This nursing support pillow arrived in a nice cloth bag that had a handle and a zipper. There was a note explaining that the pillow cover wasn't zipped because memory foam is known to have an odor. I pulled out the pillow expecting the same odor as other companies. Surprisingly I smelled lavender. I zipped the pillow and used it right away. It's the best pillow I've ever had. The firmness is perfect, the smell is delightful, and I love the gel aspect. It comes in a nice bamboo cover as well. Thank you so much for providing this product. The enclosed instructions were printed on lovely cards took. Just a lovely experience that shows they care about their customers.
